Prolific Lacrosse_Training-los-angeles

Prolific Lacrosse Training is an innovative and comprehensive training system geared toward teaching players the tools and fundamentals of lacrosse while also improving strength, conditioning, hand-eye coordination, speed & quickness. By combining these elements in a series of dynamic workouts tailor made for the individual, Prolific Lacrosse is a one of a kind training regimen that will maximize  player’s skills and productivity on the lacrosse field.

What makes Prolific’s approach the most effective?

We develop customized training programs based on the player’s key areas for improvement and growth.

To identify key areas for improvement and to measure player progression, Prolific implements its proprietary Player Performance Index™ (PPI) and Combine Approach™.  The PPI is an algorithm of various performance metrics developed by Prolific, including strength, speed, explosion, agility, endurance, shooting velocity and accuracy, dodging, defensive sliding, throwing and catching, etc.  Thus, we are able to measure before and after results.
